

Remove from the oven, fluff with a fork, cover again and cook for a further 20 minutes. Place the required quantity of Bubble & Squeak in an ovenable covered dish and cook in the centre for 25 minutes.

Add the rest of the oil and repeat with the remaining patties. Remove and place on a baking sheet and store in the oven. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Add 4 of the patties and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
